Vizcayne's Rum Sour Recipe

One of the best drinks in these pre-summer days is without doubt the classic but nice Rum Sour, for me and for many one of the best Caribbean drinks easy and fast to make. Imagine yourself within six friends playing a nice poker hand or domino (why not) by the beach drinking lots of Rum Sour, perfect huhh???

This is my today's recommendation to fight the heat chilled by the beach or by the comfortableness of your home.

Vizcayne's Rum Sour

2 Oz. Barcelo Gran Añejo Rum or other light rum
1 Oz. Lemon juice (fresh is better)
1/2 Table spoon black sugar or liquid sugar better
A couple of stripped mint leaf's (my personal touch)

Preparation

Combine the rum, the sugar and the lemon juice in a shaker half filled with ice cubes, shake well and strain into a Sour glass. Garnish with a orange slice and a red or green maraschino cherry. Enjoy!
